The Electric Car Grant (ECG) offers discounts for electric vehicles priced at £37,000 or less. Eligibility is based on the sustainability of vehicle manufacturing (you can visit Gov.uk for the full criteria). See below to learn what Stellantis models are eligible for government and brand support, learn more about how the grant works and how to apply for it or visit one of our brand sites to see what fantastic offers are avalable on our extensive vehicle ranges.
The following vehicles are currently eligible for the ECG Band 2 discount:
Vauxhall: Astra Electric, Combo Life Electric, Corsa Electric, Frontera Electric, Grandland Electric, Mokka Electric
We're continuing to work with the Government to get more electric vehicles approved under the ECG scheme.
If your chosen vehicle isn't eligible for the ECG, we still offer fantastic commercial deals on electric models from Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep®, and Leapmotor.
Available Offers
Alfa Romeo Junior

Fiat 600 Electric

Other Stellantis brands which are currently offering brand 'e-grants':
Alfa Romeo £1,500 saving on the junior Electtrica range

Leapmotor Leap-grant up to £3,750 saving on the Leapmotor C10 and £1,500 on the Leapmotor T03
The grant applies in all parts of the United Kingdom except the Channel Islands.
Grant eligibility is dependent upon model and battery size. If a given model and battery size is approved for the grant, then usually all versions of that model and battery size are included, however your Stellantis retailer will confirm if the grant applies to the specific version you have ordered.
In the event that the Government withdraws the grant, we anticipate that for orders taken prior to the date of announcement of the withdrawal would still be honoured.
The grant is valid for a period of 9 months from the date of order to the date of registration. In the unlikely event that this leadtime should be exceeded, your Stellantis retailer will contact you to discuss the options available to you.
No, your Stellantis retailer will apply for the grant on your behalf, and it will be shown on your vehicle invoice as a deduction to the vehicle price.
Band 1: Up to £3,750
Currently, no vehicles qualify for Band 1.
Band 2: Up to £1,500
Over 50% of approved vehicles are from Stellantis, with Citroën being the first manufacturer approved by the government.
Once you've chosen your eligible electric vehicle, your local retailer will apply the ECG discount automatically at the point of purchase — no paperwork required.
